Schedule
Both residences in the same week, with the shared coverage captured on the first visit so 704 only needs its interiors.
Investment
Booked as two independent listings, each carrying its own aerial and amenity coverage, these would come to $1,650. Together they are $1,175.
The amenity program normally carries a separate $200 fee. Here it is included in the first residence rather than added to it, and shot once so both galleries carry it. That is why 704 comes in at $400.
The two do not have to be approved together. The Tuesday visit stands on its own at $775, and 704 can be added at any point afterward without reshooting the shared coverage.
